UNISARX is duly authorized and competent to take my admission in the program for which I have applied. I also undertake not be ever raise any objection about UNISARX legal status to take my admission and award certificate. I also undertake not be demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute/ differences / claim or disciplinary action, settlement by UNISARX shall be aoolicable. I am aware that if any Plagiarism found, my certificate may be cancelled by UNISARX without making any prior notice. I shall always follow the rules and regulations of UNISARX, in case of any breach there too. I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the UNISARX.
